(Yes, I could have kept the eggs and oil, but I wanted it to be more plant based and as healthy as I could think to make it.) **I added *mini dark chocolate chips* and made my own *dark chocolate ganache* to crumble everything up and form brownie-balls out of it.** (Nobody could taste the espresso or the applesauce and vegan butter mixture.!) ~I also used*almond extract* because it goes so perfectly with dark chocolate. ~I also used *unsweetened applesauce* as well as melted *vegan oat butter*. ~I also used *oat&cashew milk* with *instant espresso mix*, that I heated and let cool. ~I made Betty Crocker intense dark, but I made it vegan by using flax meal mixed with water and baking powder (replacing the eggs) recipe is easy to look up, as, “flax seed meal egg replacer recipe”.)
